Quality oral health Training for up to 4 nominated staff to become Mouthcare Champions

Package 2

Mouthcare Manager support with mentorship, 
supervision and practical assistance.

1. Continuous online  point of contact with support and development for allocated Mouthcare Champions.
    
2. One monthly review visit (3 hours) to home enabling face to face contact with champions in which to discuss/triage  any residents with oral health
   concerns and manage collectively.
    
3. Carry out /demonstrate best practice mouthcare for any staff that require confidence in their mouthcare skills.
    
4. Help signpost or facilitate dental assistance for residents, in association with local dental practice and their terms and conditions, or a relevant referral pathway. 
    
5. Practical and knowledgeable support for staff, 
   residents or family members from GDC registered 
   professionals
    
6. Guidance and support for End of Life Oral care. (Bespoke care plan with extra visits can be arranged at an additional cost).

 Initial £150 training fee, plus £100 per          month
